Dear Members and Customers,

Regretfully we have made the difficult decision to close the Woodstock Social Club temporarily and until further notice because of sustained monthly losses. This is due to high operational, staffing costs and mainly lack of use by our members.

All existing memberships cards will be ‘frozen’ from Sunday date and will renew without any loss of remaining time, plus some bonus days when we are able to re-open.  

Our AGM is being called now for Saturday 12^th October, 7pm where the Committee will outline a number of proposals and organisation changes required to enable the Social Club to attract more customers. Let’s make it the bright, attractive and desirable place to come, which we all deserve.
Please can ALL members make themselves available to attend this meeting.

Free Wi-Fi available throughout the building.

Ample FREE PARKING spaces are available at most times in the Hensington Road Car Park (next to Police Station),
Including 12 EV charging points.
Please DO NOT park at the rear of the Social Club in Union Street,
as access is required 24 hours for disabled drop-off, deliveries and emergency vehicles.
